Do I need to know exactly what role I want?

Not at all. Plenty of people know something needs to change before they know what that change should be. We can work through what energizes you, what is no longer working, and what you want your next chapter to look like.

Do you guarantee job placement?

No, and anyone making that promise deserves a raised eyebrow. I will bring strategy, tools, candid coaching, and real support. Hiring decisions will always belong to employers, and your part of the process will always matter too.

Can we work together if I am outside Kansas City?

Absolutely. Virtual sessions are available to everyone. If you are in the Kansas City area, we can also meet in person at a mutually convenient public location.

Do you offer individual sessions?

Yes. The Big APL Partnership is the full side-by-side experience, but sometimes you just need help with the next thing in front of you. Focused individual services are available too.

Will you introduce me to people in your network?

Selective introductions may be available within The Big APL Partnership when I have an appropriate relationship and believe there is a strong mutual fit. These are never guaranteed, and have to make sense for everyone involved.

What happens during the complimentary intro call?

We will spend 30 minutes getting to know each other, talking through your goals, and exploring what kind of support might help. It is also a mutual-fit conversation, so neither of us needs to make a decision on the spot.
